Acceptance of Terms

By visiting niascookieco.com, placing an order, signing up for updates, or submitting a catering inquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website:

• You must provide accurate contact information (name, email, and phone number) so we can confirm and prepare your order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged when you complete checkout.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable sales tax.
• We may offer promo codes from time to time. Promo codes are subject to their own terms and may expire or be limited in use.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

Pickup

All orders are picked up in the Indianapolis area on the date and during the window you select at checkout. You are responsible for picking up your order during the scheduled window. If you cannot make it, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our cookies are baked fresh in small batches, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible—orders cancelled before they go into production may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Allergens & Food Safety

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take care in our baking process, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering. Full allergen information is listed on each cookie in our menu.

Text Message Updates (SMS)

When you sign up for text message updates, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Nia's Cookie Co. at the mobile number you provide, letting you know when ordering windows open.
• Message frequency: varies, typically a few times per month.
• Carrier charges: standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance.
• You must be 18 or older, or have permission from your account holder, to opt in to text messages.
• We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or mobile service.

Catering & Large Orders

Submitting a catering inquiry does not guarantee an order. Your request is only confirmed once Nia's Cookie Co. has reviewed and approved it and provided written confirmation. Any files you upload (such as a logo) are used solely to prepare your quote.

Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant us permission to publish it on our website. Reviews are moderated and may be edited or removed at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of your review and must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including our logo, photos, recipes, and copy—is the property of Nia's Cookie Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nia's Cookie Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
